After an order is placed and prior to shipment, changes such as adding or removing items and updating the shipping address are allowed. However, adjustments such as applying discounts or changing the payment method cannot be made. If needed, we can assist in canceling the order and issuing a full refund to the original form of payment allowing you to place a new order. 

Orders containing Crystal Couture, JewelLuxe, or made-to-order items can only be canceled within 24 business hours of purchase.

At this time, we cannot accept returns for online orders at our Willow Bend store. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as we work to streamline our return processes.

HOLIDAY RETURNS

Tis the season for giving! We know purchasing holiday gifts can be challenging, and that’s why we’ve extended our returns window to support your gifting needs. We will gladly accept returns of unwashed, unworn Rebel Athletic merchandise with original tags attached for a refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping and retail value of the Gift with Purchase (GWP) where applicable within 14 days of December 25, 2023 for online purchases made between November 18, 2023 – December 24, 2023. Store credit for a return will only apply to an order that was submitted while logged into your registered Rebel Athletic account. 

U.S. returns are inspected and processed within 7-14 business days after receiving the return shipment to our Rebel Athletic distribution center. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment and typically process within 7-14 business days. 

We now allow returns of international purchases for refund or store credit. Please secure your own postage with tracking and notify us within 14 days of delivery confirmation.

We add markdowns to our Archive Clearance Sale regularly. Should full-priced Rebel Athletic merchandise purchased at www.RebelAthletic.com drop in price within seven days of order submission date, we will offer a refund for the difference between the paid and markdown price upon customer request. Sale and discounted items are not eligible for price adjustments. Price adjustments require original sales receipt and can only be issued to the original purchaser. Price adjustments do not apply to promotions, discount codes, contests, cart discounts or gift with purchase opportunities. Our policy covers a maximum of two items per order. Price adjustments for Dream Boutique and in-store purchases do not apply to online orders.

To request a price adjustment for an eligible online purchase, please send an email to Customer Relations and include the order number, product name and item number.

Due to the high volume of orders received or inclement weather, shipping may be delayed.  Please allow 3-5 business days from date of purchase to receive a ship notification.  Thank you for your patience.

We combine orders per our discretion. Shipping and handling of individual orders that do not qualify for automatic free shipping are ineligible for a refund.

Due to the intricacy of our Crystal Couture garments, please allow 6 to 8 weeks for production from the date of placing your order.

Event Returns: Merchandise purchased at a Rebel Athletic Dream Boutique or pop-up event become final sale upon the conclusion of the event in which the item(s) were purchased. Should you need to make a return or exchange (during an event or prior to the conclusion of an event) of merchandise purchased, we accept clean, unwashed, unworn merchandise with the original tags attached and event transaction validation for exchange or refund. Please note: headwear, cosmetics, keychains, and Archive clearance items are FINAL SALE items, and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Merchandise purchased online or at a previous event/location are not eligible for return or exchange at pop up events.
